Apple Watch 3 won’t turn on

My watch is completely unresponsive. Won’t turn on or show an Apple logo for a reset, won’t show that it’s dead either. It has been charging for over 24 hours.

Apple watch I suddenly cannot swipe up or down on my Apple Watch to access torch etc. It’s working fine but it’s almost like it’s frozen when I try and swipe… I’ve tried looking through app on my phone but cannot find why …. Watch is locked, and I can’t unlock it My watch seemed to be stuck on the clock face. when I tried to sort it out via settings on my I phone. it has been locked, could the battery be knackered?
