Hello johny-one,

Thanks for participating in the Apple Support Communities.

Check out the information below for assistance with sharing videos. If the file is too large to be shared through email or messages, using an iCloud Link would be the next option unless you're able to reduce the size of the file. You can also find this information here: Share photos and videos on iPhone - Apple Support

Save or share a photo or video you receive

From email: Tap to download the item if necessary, then tap the Share button. Or, touch and hold the item, then choose a sharing or saving option.

From a text message: Tap the photo or video in the conversation, tap the Share button, then choose a sharing or saving option. You can also tap the Save Messages button in the Messages conversation to save the photo or video directly to your Photos library.

From an iCloud link: Tap the Save Messages button in the Messages conversation to save the collection directly to your Photos library. To share the collection, open Photos, tap For You, then tap the collection under iCloud Links. Tap the More button, then tap Share.

You can also transfer the video to a computer, if you have one, if that provides for more options to send the video to the recipient. For assistance with transferring to your computer, take a look at this resource: Transfer files between iPhone and your computer - Apple Support

We hope that's able to help.

Have a great day!
