iphone storage

The health app takes up 41.1 MB on my phone. I’ve never once used it, nor do I plan on using it. I know you wont let us delete the app but is there a way for me to be able to at least make it go offline? Or delete the data inside? I moved it to my app library and now it’s just sitting there taking up all my storage. Please help

'taking up all my storage'. By all means, 41.4mb is not a whole lot however you can go to Settings and scroll down until you see the heat app and go to data. There you can click on the individual apps and delete the data and see if that frees up space.
