If you use any iOS beta, public or developer, you should always back up your iPhone.
If your data got deleted, it’s possible it could be not recovered. Did you back up your iPhone before updating to beta software?

iOS 16 beta is only currently available to registered developers. If you are a registered developer, take your question to the private forums provided for developers to discuss the beta.
If you are not a registered developer... you have just learned an important lesson about why you should not bootleg beta software when you don't know what you're doing.
