My home folder a blue folder is now next to the Trash can on the iMac. It never was there and I cannot seem to move it? There is the line that does not move either then to the right of that is my Blue Home folder then the trash can? How do I remove that folder?

Control-click on the folder and choose "Remove from Dock" from "Options".
