Updated to Big Sur 11.6.7, now Adobe Acrobat Reader won't open

My iMac (M1, 2021) updated to Big Sur 11.6.7 last night and now I can't get Adobe Acrobat Reader to open. It bounces once in the toolbar and then nothing. I've tried opening from a document and that doesn't work either.

Any ideas?

TIA

Launch your version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Under the help menu, click Check for Updates… If it does not present a dialog that states Adobe Acrobat Reader is already up to date, or one that does not tell you a new version of Reader is available, then Quit Adobe Reader DC and get the current Acrobat Reader DC.

If you receive a dialog that a new version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is available for update, then quit the main Reader application, and then proceed with installation from that remaining dialog.

I have the same problem after the Moc os 11.6.7 update this morning. Adobe Acrobat bounces once ... cannot even quit it, force quit, or control, command escape.. Files open in preview but will not print. How do I launch Adobe Acrobat if it will not open? Can I uninstall/reinstall? I am dependent on Acrobat reader for many files for a Board I am on.

Thanks.
