I can’t put my face in my phone

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. Just to confirm, are you seeing the alert showing "A problem was detected with the TrueDepth Camera. Face ID has been disabled." as described in the 'Related Article' that was shared on this thread?

If so, have you gone through all the steps in the above resource as well? If you have and are still experiencing issues, this may indicate a possible hardware issue with your device. If that's the case the best option would be to have your device inspected further for possible service.
