I need to know how to erase the citrix workspace for a apple macpro m1 2021 as well as the administator 1 without password

Does anybody know how to uninstall all of citrix workspace off of an apple mac pro 2021 m1 chip with 16 gb memory? As well as the Administrator without a password? it is still remotely signed into my computer. The computer was sold to me and apple support thinks it because he did not know how to wipe it clean clean?

Why are they saying my post does not include text? I dont understand and it will not let me send the question cause they keep saying my post does not have text.

fwiw, your post does have text /includes text… and your question got sent, otherwize we couldn’t read it/see it.. and it wouldn’t show up in these mac user forums… what you’d have to do after you get into recovery mode as per the link i included, is get into Terminal, get that going and type in “resetpassword” but without the quote marks, all 1 word, no space between words.. the press enter/return on your keyboars, this’ll get you into the main password/admin/login reset application…
