Can not complete action in family sharing

My wife have 200GB Icloud plan and want to shre it with me. Every time I click on invitation it gives me "Action can not be completed" message. I can't even set up my family members. Please help.

If you are the organizer, have you tried getting a plan, and sharing it with your family members to include your wife? If successful, you wife can cancel her plan after she joins the family plan.

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *


Try a forced restart. See the section towards the end of the article.


Reset Device. -


If necessary


Hard reset.     -


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from the backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      *


Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.   *


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.     *
