transferring money
basically my mom had a gift card on her phone on the app store but she transferred to android whilst having money attached to her apple id. i was wondering if there is any way i could get the gift card

Tell her to click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to put the card's balance back onto it; they'll only do this if none of it has been spent.
