I am using macOS Big Sur, is it true that all apps trying to record my screen needs my permission, which can be edited in System Preferences -> Security&Privacy?
If that is the case, how come I can record my screen by shift+command+5 and it does not appear in the record screen permission list in Security&Privacy.

Thanks for your answer and help. So besides any application that comes bundled with Operation System, any other third party application will need me to grant permission to record screen, correct?
