The dealership did work on my car. Now the steering wheel functions don’t work. It looks like the CarPlay has been reset. The original screens come up. Does anyone know how to get the steering wheel volume to work again. Thanks.

It sounds like you need to return to the dealership.
Before you do so, verify if the volume buttons work for the stereo without your iPhone connected for CarPlay.

7. Make sure that your CarPlay stereo is using the latest firmware from the car manufacturer. Check your car's manual for more information.

Thank you. They referred my to Best Buy where it was installed. I’m trying to avoid that. The volume on the steering wheel doesn’t work for the radio either. Idk what they did but it was a direct correlation to them repairing a fuel sensor then Apple CarPlay looked reset and steering wheel controls stopped working.
