I was charged 24.99 for no reason

I was charged 24.99 for no reason. it was apple.com/bill > itunes.com in the notifications regularly coming from the bank, about not having enough money to pay it. And when I had enough i was charged. There is no any subscriptions, not any bills of it in the email box as well.

itune charges Hi, I was surprised to see that there were two occasions that itune charges me, as reflected in my bank statement : 29 Oct 2019 Description of charges : APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IE (Reference : 74313309302100393) of the amount of SGD 7.05 29 Nov 2019 Desription of charges : APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IE Amount charged : SGD 6.98 However, I did not recall that there was anything that I purchased from the APPSTORE that are chargeable.
