Upgrading OS on MacBook Pro Mid 2012

Can I upgrade my MacBook Pro - (13-inch, Mid 2012)? It hasn't been used in a while and is running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. Can't update my chrome.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and then on the download link for El Capitan, High Sierra, Mojave, or Catalina.

Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 as well as using the first link above.
