i'm using MACBOOK Pro 15" i'm getting this MOBILEME_CREATE_UNAVAILABLE_MAC

error when signing in with icloud.

To start, we suggest making sure your Mac is running the latest software version:

If you’re still unable to sign in, try booting your Mac into safe mode:

Lastly, see if the issue is present in a new user account:
