I purchased one and i got 2 purchases today at 11:29 am

2 invoices while i bought only one?

If you're sure that money has been withdrawn twice (check your bank statement very carefully), I suggest that you contact iTunes Store Support Team directly and explain your problem, using this specific link:--> Apple Support

(if you get no help, look at the bottom of the above link, where you can contact them using "chat" or "phone" options).
