Could you please help me with something? On Notes I know it should be an option to Scan Text and it inserts automatically the text from a book into notes. I don't have this option, even though I have updated the IOS to 15.5. Is there anything I need to do?

Settings>General>Language & Region>Live Text = ON
Then restart your iPhone, open your Notes app, and "Scan Text" option should appear.

Check that your Notes app saves notes to your iPhone or to iCloud (Settings>Notes>Default Account).
When done, restart your iPhone.
In a new or existing note, you should tap the camera icon, and a window (containing "Scan Documents" option) should appear. Tap there.

Thank you, but I have the option "Scan Documents". That only inserts the photo itself into notes. What I want is to scan the text from one page and paste it there, just the text. Something like the video below.
