I just bought a iPhone unlocked at Walmart, I put my SIM card in the new phone everything is backed up but it keeps saying no service at the top

Restart phone first.

If that does not work, then contact your phone provider to ensure the sim card matches the IMEI Device ID of the phone. The SIM card could be locked to another Device ID.

If that does not work, you may need to return it to Walmart (within return period).

Contact your carrier and have them help you. If they still can't get it to work, take it back to Walmart and get a replacement they possibly sold you a locked phone.

Walmart doesn’t sell unlocked iPhones. The phones they sell will lock to the first carrier used.

Follow the instructions in the link at the top of the page and contact the carrier that gave you the SIM card.
