when ever i make a phone call my 4g turn to 3g anyone have this problem?

had to open the question again...

solution: go to Mobile Data Options -> Voice & Data -> Enable "VoLTE".

VoLTE enables voice over 4g (LTE). If this is set the phone won't switch to 3g anymore if someone calls.
