No “Delete” when trying to remove app in iOS 15.5

I am trying to delete a previously installed app on my iPhone XR running iOS 15.5. Normally, I would expect the contextual menu for that to look like this:

In my case, however, there is no “Delete.” Why would that be?

On my other phone, an iPhone 12 Pro, the menu looks like in the above screenshot.

If no Delete option is available, there may be a restriction set on deleting apps. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps.
