How I can set my iPad to turn off automatically when there is no activity?

My iPad used turn off automatically while watching Hulu if I fell asleep & didn’t start the next episode. Now my iPad stays on the whole night with out turning off.

can someone tell me how I can reset my iPad to turn off automatically when there is no activity?

You can't set the iPad to completely turn off automatically. You can set the screen to shut off. However, that probably won't work if you have something like Hulu running. Do you have Hulu set not to automatically play the next video?

Also, check Settings>Display>Autolock. I don't recall if "Never" is an option on iPads but if it is, make sure it's not set to that.
