I have an iMac 2011. I cannot update my Mac from High Sierra to Monterey. Why won’t you let me?

Mojave and newer require a Metal-capable graphics card; that iMac model doesn't have one and can't be upgraded.

That is just not right. As much as I paid for this iMac, y’all should make a way to upgrade or give me a rebate on the old one to buy one that can.

I bought it from Apple in 2011. I can’t even get any money as a rebate for new one. I paid 1200 dollars in 2011.

Ah yes, I spent 5 times that in 2011 & it's only worth $0 here also.
