I recently purchased a Pro max 13 and gifted it to my nephew in Iran. He has asked me to find out if the iPhone has ZAA part number? I am clueless in this area and hoping to get some answer from the community of experts here.

It would not be sold by Apple or authorized dealers in the US.
Likewise the LL/A model would not be sold outside the US by Apple or authorized dealers.
Unauthorized retailers may import grey market products from any region.
ZA/A is for the Singapore market.
LL/A is for the US market.
