Hey otsu!


Can you say if this happens for one, or all accounts within the Mail application?


I’d cut to the chase, but think it’s important, especially for this issue, to test in a new user account, in Safe Mode, and even on another network, (If able to, and even if other devices work fine on the same network).


If it’s only slow to load for one account over another, this would be a different solution.

Heirin had mentioned the same happening on several computers, as for you, this is only happening with the iMac?


If this is the case, were you able to try the steps I had mentioned?

Another network (even if other devices work fine on the same network).


Thanks. It may take a little time to see, but these would be necessary steps to find the culprit, (Rather than just erasing your Mac to factory settings, when even that might not fix it), so those tests are important.
