iPhone Won't "Forget" Bluetooth Device

Read prior posts but in spite of following suggested steps, no joy! IOS is 15.5. We went to the device the iPhone was attempting to pair with. Hit 'i' and went to Bluetooth devices. Hit Forget this Device (which is an Apple TV). Appeared to do so, but still looked for an found the device for pairing. Restarted the iPhone several times. What's up?

Forgetting Bluetooth device on iPhone XS Max An OontZ Angle 3XL Ultra Bluetooth Speaker which I do not have automatically connects to my iPhone XS Max. I have never paired it nor connected it myself.
