No international warranty for my Apple TV 4K (2nd gen)?
I bought an Apple TV 4K (2nd gen) in an Apple Store in Australia. Back to Vietnam and found it not working as expected.
Brought it to an Apple Authorized Service Provider (FPT), they took it over and kept it for a month and asked me to take it back unfixed. Their reason was: they couldn't import the replacement(s) with Australia country code.
I called Apple Vietnam support call center, talked with various persons several times. Particularly in a conversation with a man who was introduced "senior level", he said he couldn't interfere to FPT decision. Answering my question what was his best advice, he told me that I should bring the Apple TV to Australia for warranty. And he didn't want to confirm that my Apple TV 4K doesn't have an International Warranty when I insisted to ask him to. I feel very frustrated!
As Apple Vietnam is helpless in this case, to whom I should contact for supports?
And advice from you is very appreciated.
