Was any other user signed in to my iCloud

My wallet was accessed and I don’t know how it happen and funds was sent out

Change your Apple ID password, enable two-factor, check trusted devices, and change the passcode(s) on your device(s).

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

Set a passcode on iPhone - Apple Support
