After replacing display on iPhone X my Face ID isn't working

After replaceing display on iPhone X my face id isn't working.

I was forced to replace it in non ios service because we dont have ios service in Bosnia.

Is there any chance to fix it without paying again to services?

Since it was not done at an Apple Store or Apple authorized service center, your only option is to go back to where you had this done to see if there is anything they can do. If they can’t help you, there is nothing you can do.
