Phone calls in and out

Hi guys! For some reason I can’t make phone calls out it doesn’t ring out or anything and when someone’s rings me it doesn’t come up all I get is a text saying I missed a call. I have plenty of service. I tried turning off my phone, updating my phone and it still won’t work.

please help
