Greetings, I was using my notes on iPhone, than this white box with black dot appeared to the right of the note. I’m not sure if I left my phone open and hit something. I don’t think I did. It was just weird

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words.
