stocks app not updating

On my Mac, Apple Stocks app does not update prices and volume. This started at least 2 months ago and has not restarted. Yahoo Finance charts also are "unavailable." "There may be a problem with the server or network. Please try again later."

The Stocks app does update market data on my iPad and my iPhone.

iMac 27″, macOS 12.4

Missing Data Source from Yahoo Finance There are missing data from yahoo finance. Hence, the subject price etc does not appear in Numbers. How do I fix this ? Can we choose another source of data besides the default Yahoo Finance ?

Can't update iPad App Store app on Macbook, can't reinstall it after deleting I haven't been able to update the Yahoo Finance iPad app on my M1 Macbook for a few months. When pressing the update button, the request fails immediately without any visible errors. I finally tried deleting it (to try to reinstall it and see if that helped), but reinstalling the app fails with the same "silent" error as when trying to update it earlier. Looking in Console I see the following errors from appstoreagent when attempting the actions above: [PurchaseService]: [62231833] Purchase completed with error: Error Domain=ASDErrorDomain Code=506 "Duplicate request" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Duplicate request, NSLocalizedFailureReason=Request is a duplicate of UPD836A0F6A/com.yahoo.finance:328412701}

It's working here. Do you have any AV or VPN apps installed?

You can try booting into Safe Mode, then restart normally.

It should be updating about every 15 seconds. More granularity (e.g. AAPL) by right-clicking on that macro Symbol and choosing Open in new tab or window.
