I have. signed In and selected app specific passwords.. it gives me a list with ...spark but does. not reveal the password. I have to delete and request another app specific password. this kicks me out on other devices.. what is the solution?

After completing step two above, I am unable to see the password that I need to complete adding my iCloud account in the outlook app. I’m unable to click on the … or the Outlook app label to open it to expose a password (see image). This is same behavior when I login on my iPad. What am I doing wrong or is this a bug?
