unable to move files to trash

am not able to move files to trash, they just stay on desktop

iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 12.4

What kind of files are they?

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes or more.
