I need to change the region in the Apple store, but I can't change the region because of the Apple Music subscription. I previously subscribed to Apple Music for the promotion, now I have refused it, but I still write that the subscription will be active until 09/20/2022. Please cancel this subscription for me and give me the opportunity to change the region for the Apple store. I can't add a payment card to extend Icloud.

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance. Except for some trials, you can't cancel subscriptions immediately yourself, as opposed to just turning off automatic renewal.

First off, we are not Apple Support. We are simply fellow Apple users. If you need to get in touch with support, contact them at https://getsupport.apple.com.
Second, you should be able to cancel your subscription on your own. Go into your Apple ID settings on your iPhone. Tap Subscriptions, tap Apple Music, then tap Cancel.
