Does Safari have a free Website Blocker Extension?

I want to block and banish www.foxnews.com forever from my web. How can I do it for free? I can do it Firefox, but I like Safari.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6

You can edit your hosts file & block anything...

Sorry I don't know if there is such an extension but couldn't you just not visit www.foxnews.com if you don't want to go to their website?
