Apple Free online session sends empty email (?)

After purchasing a new iphone 13. at the Apple store, I got an email to sign up for a free online session for using the phone.. I made an appointment and the email they sent to setup the session shows as no content or sender in the email, even though It says Apple and the subject in the email header.

I tried 2 appointments and they both failed the same way.

I called support and they didn't even know the sessions even existed.

They told me you can't call the store. Boo!
