Updated my MACbook to Monterrey. ITunes is nowhere to be found. Tried to update from support with all three options. All say that I need earlier version to Monterrey. What's up? I tried the latest update. I can't find the icon, there is no itunes in accessories. It appears long gone. I had the library reading to my external drive, but I can't even find the access point. Please help. Thank you.

Apple split iTunes up in Catalina. Choose Applications from the Finder's Go menu and use the new applications instead.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. There is no new applications in Finder or anywhere else. There isn't anything related to itunes anywhere in that applications folder. There is music, but that's it. Is that what you mean? Thank you for helping, Niel!
I've gone into that music folder and it says all my itunes stuff is there, but I need it to go to the external drive. Old option was to hit option and the itunes icon. Then I could direct it to the appropriate external drive. Is that no longer an option?
