How can I resize windows in games that have a full screen appearance and do not allow windows to be resized in any way? I mean, they cover the dock and the task bar. Not allowing at all to resize the maximised window. Thanks in advance

Command-Ctrl-F should do it if the app supports it, otherwise it will only work in full screen mode. Most games will assume they have all of your attention while you're playing them.
