I’m adding an e-sim. I have an iPhone 11 and my phone is up to date as well. (iOS 15.5).
but when I got to mobile data, it doesn’t show the “add data plan” option.
my carrier (dialog ) Supports as well.
how do I solve this issue?

The problem was my iPhone doesn’t support e sims. Because it has dual sim option. (which I didn’t know before. Thought it was a nano sim)
