My iPhone 12 mini seems to have cooked my hand while talking on it for about a half hour and carrying it around. Is anyone else experiencing this with the iphone12 mini? It feels like my fingers touching the phone were being microwaved and even now my skin is tight and uncomfortable. This was the first day I used the phone. Could this be a 5g issue?
Also, when I tried contacting Apple Support about it they seemed to imply I was lying!

It didn’t have an excessive heat warning come up- it was also used in a very small capacity. I was only carrying it and making a short call- half an hour ish and the phone didn’t feel hot enough to drop it or anything. I feel like I never had this problem with my iPhone 11.
does 5g let off greater amounts amount of radiation? I’m just trying to figure out why my fingers felt microwaved and I’ve noticed quite a few people in this community forum experiencing things that are similar! Or talking about their phones getting excessively hot.
Was the phone becoming very hot? This is possible when it’s hot outside. I don’t think that this is a 5G issue
Also if it helps, I live in London so it’s never hot here. This was on a cloudy slightly misty afternoon, so there’s no way it was because it was too hot outside.
