iPhone 13 Pro Burns hand

When holding my iPhone 13 Pro it feels like it’s burning or shocking my hand and fingers when holding and touching it. It will do it even when it is not plugged in charging. When it is charging, it’s even more exaggerated in the burning and the shocking feeling. I took it to the Apple store and they did something to it to try to resolve the problem but I told them I was concerned what it was actually doing to my health. It has started back up again.

It Seems like a hardware issue to me then, I should Go back to the Apple store and to report that the problem is back

Charging the iPhone with a higher wattage charger can be the issue, water damage to one of the flex cables can trigger electrical excess heat + too many apps downloaded can also trigger your battery to heat up if they’re not offloaded etc.

try asking Apple to fix this issue this may be a temperate issue within the software as the phone may not respond to temperature control.

you will have to take this to any Apple Store and see if they can help.

No, definitely a burning and stinging. Not like static electricity. I will sometimes have to take my hand and put it near the air vent if I’m in my car when it’s parked to blow air on my hand. Definitely not a good feeling. In the Apple store they said they have heard that from a couple of people.

When I’m using my iPhone 13 Pro Max it burns my fingers and is very painful. It

does it regardless whether it’s charging or not.

My question is what can be done about it?
