Apple ID and "My Autogrill" confusion

I went to sign in to my apple account from a Duck Duck Go search of "my apple account"and found the following:

appleid.apple.com › au

Manage your Apple ID - this link is as listed above and is the one I normally use

Your Apple ID is the account you use for all Apple services.

I had to upload a picture of the the link as "discussions" said "You have included content in your post that is not permitted" but did not say what was inappropriate.

Although I did not check the link and initially clicked on that link resulting in a window opening:

When I went back and selected the "Manage your Apple ID" link it brought up the normal Apple ID log in page

So I closed Safari and powered off my MacBook


"My Autogrill" is an App available for Apple Silicon Mac, iPad & iPhone. I have not heard of it before today. From its website it is a restaurant and take away booking service based in Italy and mainly services Europe I do not have the App on my iPhone (12), iPad (Air 2) or MacBook (Pro, 15-inch, Mid 2015 macOS 12.4).


Does anyone know what this means?
