I hit Details "Securelogin.HPE.com" not trusted Expires 11/8/22 6:59:59pm
I don't have a Hotmail email anymore. How can I remove this?

Thanks for updating us with this information and checking that out.
If there isn't a Hotmail account listed under accounts, let's check to see if this may be appearing due to a configuration profile installed. For help with that, you would go to Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management. For more information on this, check out the following resource: Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple Support
If you're not seeing a profile listed, would you happen to have a third-party app downloaded that you previously used with Hotmail? If so, are you able to remove the app to see if that clears this up?

That’s not an email problem and is unrelated to Hotmail. You probably have a subscribed calendar, possibly associated with a service program for an HP product. go to Settings/Calendar/Accounts/Subscribed Calendars, and if you see a calendar delete it.
Another less likely possibility is a configuration profile. Go to Settings/General/VPN & Device Management and see if there is an HP profile; if there is, delete it.
Go to Settings/Mail/Accounts and tap on the account name. It will say if it’s IMAP at the top.
But something else occurred to me, seeing the HPE account, which is NOT Microsoft. Are you using a VPN connection? That can cause bogus server identity problems.

This iphone is my personal one. Under Settings, Mail, accounts I only have 2 -> icloud and outlook.
There is no Hotmail to remove.

No sorry. I click on Settings, Mail, and I see Accounts not Account.
Under Accounts I only have:
iCloud
My Outlook
Add Account
Fetch New Data
Clicking on My Outlook at top just says Outlook
Under that is my Account then my email.
Contacts
Calendars
Reminders
Notes
Mail Days to Sync - No Limit
Delete Account
Clicking on my email above just shows:
Email - my email outlook.com
Description my Name Outlook

True I am getting the error for certificate from server error for HPE.com
But it does note my old email address - Hotmail.com which I'm trying to delete from this HPE.
I filled out a form on HPE and submitted, but haven't heard back. I asked them if they could remove my Hotmail or their certificate.
If I delete my Outlook account, will I lose my Mail, contacts, Calendars, Notes, Reminders if I create it again?
I am hesitant to do this.
Assuming the account is an IMAP account then you won’t lose anything.

Outlook is IMAP. But you are getting the server error for HPE, which is not an email server at all.
Outlook is a Microsoft service, and uses the same servers as Hotmail, so try deleting the Outlook account, restarting your phone, and adding it back.
