Blu Ray DVD software burner

Have a MAC Pro, used Toast 19 Pro but it stopped working. Bought Iskysoft DVD Creator, I can design DVD but when I try to burn using BluRay Burner from Pioneer, receive message "The driver on the disc is not ready, please check again?

What is the best Blu Ray DVD creator burner software for MAC Pro?

Roxio Toast Titanium 20 installer fails on macOS Ventura 13.0 I guess I did not read the fine print on their web site when purchasing their current version of software, how silly of me that I would assume their product would be compatible with the current macOS. Usually I would check the detailed specs for OS compatibility if I was running an older out of date OS, not the current version since last year. Anyone have any luck getting their installer to work on Ventura, or is it just me? Their .dmg runs an installer that downloads a .pkg, but when the .pkg starts to install it fails at like 3%. Any other suggestions for Ventura 13.0 compatible burning video DVDs from home personal movies that are playable in a set top DVD player, since we no longer have iDVD? I guess I can try to request a refund if Roxio doesn't have an update or a fix for my installer error here.

Next Problem: macOS Ventura 13.2.1 breaks compatibility with LG - Slim Portable DVD Writer. Actually, macOS Ventura 13, 13.1, 13.2, and 13.2.1 all break the compatibility with my LG Slim Portable DVD Writer. Model: GP60NB50 SVC: NB70 While this drive will work with macOS Big Sur, and macOS Monterey it no longer works with Ventura. Does anyone have this same drive and issues? I know that Ventura bread compatibility w/Pioneer drives. LG is of no help. Hitachi who also has their name on this drive are also of no Help.

Steps to burn Blu-ray on FCP with Monterey 12.6? I just bought a Blu-ray and DVD burner from OWC. When I select Blu-ray/AVCHD in Final Cut as the output and the burner as the tool for a burn, FCP appears to process the burn and then says it was successful. But the disk is still blank! I get the same result with a DVD. What am I not doing right? With thanks for your help! Duncan

Toast 19 should not have simply "stopped working." Did you contact Roxio/Corel and ask them why that would be?

I'm currently using Toast 20 under Monterey and have no issues at all burning CDs, DVDs or Blu-ray disks.
