Activation lock

i purchased a mobile it have actication lock and the seller also acticated the lost mode is their any solution?

iPhone 13 Pro Max

The previous owner needs to go to https://www.icloud.com/find/ and erase the device, then remove it from their account. If they won't do that, the device is useless. Apple won't unlock it.

Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support. *

Yes, use the Apple ID and password used to set up the iPhone. If the lost mode is activated consider that the seller may not have been the owner. If they were the owner they can turn off activation lock remotely. See: How to remove Activation Lock – Apple Support (UK)
