Face ID, Flashlight, and Camera Not Working Properly on iPhone 12 Over the past week my iPhone 12 has started giving me a number of issues. First, my Face ID stopped working so I tried to create a new one but it won't let me get past the first step of placing my face in the frame. Next, my flashlight has been acting up. Sometimes I press the button and it lags trying to turn on and other times it turns off without me pressing the button. Also, my camera has been very slow to open in both the camera app and Snapchat. I have tried the basic Apple instructions for each of these issues but nothing has worked. Any help is much appreciated! :)

The iPhone may have indicators of additional service repair..

~ Or at least an appointment for inspection to see what's up.

If you still need help, reset Face ID, then set it up again. Go to Settings > Face ID &Passcode and tap Reset Face ID. Then tap Set up Face ID to set it up again.
