If I have 2 addresses, Work and Home, on My Card as well as on my contact in Contacts, which will print as the return address when I print an envelope, please? I’m running Sierra 10.12.5 on a MacBook Pro. Thank you.

That should show in the Print preview.
If nothing else...
Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.
Then sync Contact cards in iCloud settings & replace your Contact cad with a new one if need be.
Yes, it shows in Print preview but I am unable to change it there. For instance, if I see that the envelope is going to print with my home address as the return address, but I want it to print with my work address as the return address, I don’t know how to change it.

As I understand it, Contacts gets the address to print as the return address from My Card. And the information in My Card is the same as what’s in the contact for me filed under my name. So I don’t think making two contact cards would work. I even tried just removing my work address, leaving only my home address, closed Contacts and restarted my laptop. The darn work address is still showing on the return address!
Maybe make separate cards for Home & Work?
