Camera Sound iPad Pro

If muting your device doesn't work, try using Live Photo, as it automatically turns off the "click" (so it isn't recorded). Turn it on by pressing the concentric circle icon at the top right of the camera window.

If the shutter sound still triggers, you may not be able to turn it off, as TheLittles said.

About the Shutter Sound:

The Shutter sound cannot be disabled in some locations. So, depending on the original place of purchase, you may not be able to be disable it.
