I would like to cancel my annual NordVPN and change it on the month plan since it does not work in my country.

i can’t cancel my nordvpn as it does not come up in my subscriptions i am trying to cancel my nord vpn , i have followed the correct steps to cancel through my apple settings , but it doesn’t show up under my account , unless it was under my other email which doesn’t show up in my apple accounts.
