Fitbit Versa 3 - weird app list from IPhone

I just installed my Versa 3 watch on iPhone 11 and wanted to give notification permissions for some apps, and there is a weird app showing up, with WhatsApp icon but named It.manodrabuziai.fr - see screenshot. Please advise what this can be, cannot find such thing on iPhone app list in Settings. I asked Fitbit community and they said it’s better to check here. Please advise!

You mentioned that this listing has the same icon as the WhatsApp app. What you can do is remove that app and see if this listing is also removed. You could also reach out to the WhatsApp support WhatsApp Help Center and see if they can offer any insight on the situation.
